Recruiting 02 Commanders to work at the Project (Nghe An - Da Nang - Saigon)

MTCV:

• Make a general plan on organization of construction management to work with related units
• Manage and assign, evaluate the work of the staff in the Steering Committee
• Surveying, assisting in making, browsing drawings Construction Deployment
•  Prepare legal documents, construction methods, labor safety, construction progress and necessary conditions for submission to the Investor Management Board
•  Estimating and managing operating costs for the site
•  Survey the size, make production orders
•  Take samples for testing according to the specified construction standards
•  Updating products, materials and managing the site warehouse
•  Technical supervision of installation
•  Acceptance of internal stages with the installation team, with the Investor's Management Board
• Manage consumption norms of installation materials
•  Make quality and value records for payment for different stages
•  Manage installation teams according to regulations or installation contracts
•  Supervision of work to ensure labor safety
•  Report to the Board of Directors, the Management Board of the investor according to the prescribed reporting regime

Request:

• University degree in engineering or construction related disciplines
• 01 year working in a similar position or related positions in furniture and construction companies
• Skills in planning, organizing work, evaluating performance and solving problems
• Ability to solve problem
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, ..), Autocad, technical software, applications.
• Honesty, decisiveness
• Responsible, agile, proactive in work

• Salary: Negotiable according to ability (12 million - 15 million)
