Sunspace overcomes the Covid pandemic thanks to its power of internal forces

During the period of influence of the Covid-19 pandemic, Sunspace - a member of Austdoor Group (ADG) has proven its bravery when gradually moving production and business activities into a safe state in both ensuring the supply chain and maintaining a stable and efficient production.  

In the past time, like many other businesses in Vietnam, Sunspace has faced four major epidemic- created difficulties, which are: Market disruption due to social distancing; movement restrictions for workers; highly disrupted ability of the supply chains; Increased production costs, especially “3 on-site” costs. Despite facing many challenges due to the epidemic, Sunspace has proved its quick adaptation, grasping the “opportunities in challenges” to make them come true. Sunspace has excellently overcome the pandemic with its own inner strength thanks to its strategy of "Attack instead of defense".

IMPROVING INFRASTRUCTURE, MACHINERY AT THE FACTORY

In order to improve labor productivity, Sunspace has decided to improve the infrastructure and upgrade the machine at the Sunspace factory located in Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Giai Pham Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province.

The factory has invested in ARGO 70 CNC milling machine of FOM industrie to help improve the processing capacity of large-scale facade wall systems with the most complex architectures.

Re-arrange the production site into 2 production lines with synchronous modern machinery and equipment, ensuring a capacity of 300,000 m2/year.²In factories, additional light bulbs are installed to ensure that the light intensity is equal by 300 lux in all positions. Apply epoxy paint to the layout line system and add an exhaust fan system.

This investment has brought a clean and airy working space, promoting employees to be more enthusiastic in production, raising awareness in keeping the working environment clean and the quality of the product satisfying the customers’ increasing requirements.

MAINTAINING THE SAFE OPERATION & PRODUCTION SEQUENCE

Sunspace addressed two big goals: Maintaining efficient production and business activities and Ensuring safe epidemic prevention according to the Government's directive. Therefore, in addition to production, the company has issued strict regulations on disease prevention such as allocating the number of employees to work reasonably; Always ensure to keep the prescribed distance; Schedule the entire plant to be disinfected periodically; Regularly notify and remind employees to comply with the 5K regulations in the workplace as well as in society, and at the same time provide support for employees to vaccinate.

GAINING DESIRED RESULTS - CONTINUOUSLY SIGNING CONTRACTS

Thanks to incessantly changes in quantity and continuous improvement in quality, the desired results have come to Sunspace when continuously receiving the trust and cooperation of customers, affirming its right strategy.
