SUNSPACE contractor goes on TV with a key project in Da Nang

After the temporary suspension of construction to prevent the Covid 19 epidemic, the key project of Da Nang city - Software Park No. 2, phase 1 has returned to construction and installation of glass to speed up the progress and complete the project as soon as planned.

Due to the careful preparation of the plan to respond to natural disasters and epidemics, the contractor of SUNSPACE glass wall and facade for the 20-storey ICT office building has gathered enough materials to be ready to work overtime to keep up with the schedule right after Da Nang City permitted reconstruction works.

The Project on the Software Park No 2 in the Center of Da Nang City, with a floor area of up to 92,784m2, fully using large curved glass walls with a length of 135m, a height of 20m & a curving radius of R50m, combined with the system of Sun Louver by extruded aluminum bars in large sizes of 135mmx500mm, high-end product system, i.e. 17.52mm LowE Premium Glass; Semi-Unitized façade aluminum and glass frames for (6m) high glass walls and (2.1m) wide glass panes; Sun Louvers with synchronized large aluminum bars in line with the aluminum frame and glass facade system forms a complete whole and contours for the exterior of the outstanding building in the center of Da Nang City.

Currently, the construction item of the 20-storey ICT office building has entered the sprint stage, so the contractor, SUNSPACE has focused on human resources, completed the tiling work and glass wall installation in order to hand over the whole ICT 1 building in this December and to continue the first hand-over of the ICT 2 building in March, 2022. It is expected to be 5 months earlier than it is scheduled.
