By the end of the second quarter of 2023, SUNSPACE has won 16 packages for Aluminum Door & Glass Wall production, construction and installation for varied projects from Office Buildings, Hotels, to Commercial Centers and Apartment Areas.

In the context that the Real Estate market in the first half of 2023 is still quiet, the source of work has decreased significantly, achieving the above encouraging results is thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire Company's staff. After the projects in the Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam Urban Area, SUNSPACE has been still trusted and highly appreciated by the Investor of Vinhomes and VinGroup chooses it as the Main Contractor to construct the Aluminum and Glass items for the Ocean Park 2&3 Projects and Vinhomes Grand Park District 9- Ho Chi Minh City.

Success after success, SUNSPACE implemented the 9th Project of the famous and leading Green real estate developer in Vietnam, ECOPARK Group Joint Stock Company.
Impressed by its series of projects such as Sky Oasis, Sol Forest, Haven Park, Swan Lake and low-rise areas PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4 in Ecopark Hung Yen Ecological Urban Area, SUNSPACE has been continually chosen by the Investor to accompany in the construction of 200 Shophouses in the Garden Apartment Project of Urban Area and Social Housing Project - Hung Hoa commune, Vinh City, Nghe An province.

VOV Me Tri tower is ready for the first facades.

VOV Me Tri Tower project includes 2 basements and 29 floors over an area of 6,500 square meters.

The project is one of the projects concretizing the General Planning on Construction of Hanoi Capital Up To 2030, With A Vision Toward 2050 previously approved by the Prime Minister.
