Recruiting 02 Technical Officers to work at the Project (Da Nang and Southern provinces)

MTCV:

1. Technical control
2. Receive the construction design for the items assigned to supervise;
3. Update the arising changes between reality and construction design drawings, sign and confirm the directives arising from the Management Board.
4. Construction quality control
5. Set up acceptance test standards;
6. Supervision of quality of construction and installation according to standards;
7. Signing for internal acceptance and acceptance with the Management Board.
8. Construction progress control
9. Receive the construction progress of assigned items;
10. Making detailed construction schedule;
11. Control the construction process as well as the deployment of the Team;
12. Prepare corrective measures arising to meet the set schedule;
13. Construction progress report.
14. Make quality and value records for payment for different stages

Request:

• University degree in engineering or construction related disciplines
• 01 year working in a similar position or related positions in furniture and construction companies
• Skills in planning, organizing work, evaluating performance and solving problems
• Ability to solve problem
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, ..), Autocad, technical software, applications.
• Honesty, decisiveness
• Responsible, agile, proactive in work

• Salary: Negotiable according to ability (10 million - 14 million)
