MTCV:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

  1. Technical control<\/li>
  2. Receive the construction design for the items assigned to supervise;<\/li>
  3. Update the arising changes between reality and construction design drawings, sign and confirm the directives arising from the Management Board.<\/li>
  4. Construction quality control<\/li>
  5. Set up acceptance test standards;<\/li>
  6. Supervision of quality of construction and installation according to standards;<\/li>
  7. Signing for internal acceptance and acceptance with the Management Board.<\/li>
  8. Construction progress control<\/li>
  9. Receive the construction progress of assigned items;<\/li>
  10. Making detailed construction schedule;<\/li>
  11. Control the construction process as well as the deployment of the Team;<\/li>
  12. Prepare corrective measures arising to meet the set schedule;<\/li>
  13. Construction progress report.<\/li>
  14. Make quality and value records for payment for different stages<\/li><\/ol>

    Request:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

    • University degree in engineering or construction related disciplines<\/li>
    • 01 year working in a similar position or related positions in furniture and construction companies<\/li>
    • Skills in planning, organizing work, evaluating performance and solving problems<\/li>
    • Ability to solve problem<\/li>
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, ..), Autocad, technical software, applications.<\/li>
    • Honesty, decisiveness<\/li>
    • Responsible, agile, proactive in work<\/li><\/ul>

      Right:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

      • Salary: Negotiable according to ability (10 million - 14 million)<\/li>
